He's probably one of the most underestimated musicians out there - Mojo Nixon spans the gaps between hillbilly and punk, wildly oscillating from genre to genre like an over-amped Ramsey transmitter.

He's been everything from an honorary Olympic team captain (1988 luge) to an MTV spokesperson. He's also perpetually running for President.

But through it all, he's managed to stay scruffy and belligerent.  No surprise, then, when he penned this little sea chanty to the FCC with old pal Skid Roper back in 1989 - boy, I wonder how the thugs would handle this Nixon administration?
